A thoughtful approach to odors

Start with the source.

Lasting odor problems can come from spills, moisture or contaminated materials. We first discuss the cause so you can decide whether ozone treatment makes sense for your vehicle.

01 / Before treatment

For persistent cabin odors

  • Odor history and likely source discussed
  • Prior cleaning or source removal reviewed
  • Treatment suitability and preparation confirmed
  • Unoccupied treatment and ventilation before re-entry
02 / Expectations

One part of an odor plan

Ozone does not remove a spill, fix a leak or replace cleaning contaminated surfaces. Results depend on the source and condition of the cabin, and additional work may be needed.

Plan for an unoccupied vehicle.

People and pets must stay out of the vehicle during ozone treatment. The vehicle must be ventilated and cleared by the technician before re-entry.

Talk through the odor before treatment.
